Festival sponsors have a unique opportunity to enhance their corporate image and build goodwill while increasing consumer brand awareness. Sponsorship packages offer access to our large and diversified audience. They can be tailored to meet specific goals and objectives for each sponsor.

Tacoma's 4th of July Extravaganza has five
distinct sponsorship categories:

DIAMOND TIER
This level provides recognition as a presenting sponsor of Freedom Fair and title sponsorship of a major element like the Airshow, Main Stage with national act, or the Grand Finale Fireworks Extravaganza. Sponsors in this category may receive benefits listed for the other categories. Additional benefits are access to a hospitality suite, name and logo on event posters, brochures and other promotions. Title sponsors get extra space set up an exhibit or to display signs and banners, public address and media recognition throughout the festival and tied in to radio and TV promotions. Logo in the event program inserted in a Tacoma news paper, inclusion in press release materials, and (30) Patriot Passes for access to VIP viewing areas and receptions.

GOLD TIER
Receive "Co-Sponsored By" credit for a DIAMOND tier festival element and "title" sponsorship of a GOLD tier venue or activity. GOLD tier sponsors may take title to a prime entertainment stage, a major recreational event, or elect to sponsor a premier festival element, feature or activity, receive ad space in the event program and have their name and logo used in promotions and in TV and radio ads. GOLD tier sponsors have the opportunity to use a private hospitality chalet space and receive (300) Chalet Passes for access by your guests. (See Chalet Agreement)

SILVER TIER
Receive "Co-Sponsored By" credit for a GOLD tier festival element and title sponsorship of a SILVER tier venue or activity. SILVER tier sponsors can be credited presenting individual acts on one of the main stages or in the airshow or take title to a venue. This level offers title credit for special shows, guest services or sponsorship of selected elements of a DIAMOND or GOLD tier event. Additional benefits are PA recognition and two signage locations at the festival, a free 20'x20' display space, an ad in the event program and (10) Patriot Passes.

BRONZE TIER
Receive "Co-Sponsored By" credit for a SILVER tier festival element or title to a BRONZE tier venue or activity. Signage (provided by sponsor*) will be displayed during the festival at or near the sponsored venue or activity, a free space will be provided to setup a display or exhibit to meet and greet the festival crowd or distribute information. BRONZE tier sponsors will also be provided (4) Patriot Passes to enter special festival VIP viewing areas and hospitality events. Cross merchandising tie-in opportunities are available. The sponsor's name and logo will also be listed in event program and public address announcers will publicly acknowledge the support.

CRYSTAL TIER
Receive space for two 10'x20' exhibitor booths in a high traffic location that may be used for lead gathering, couponing, sampling or contest promotions and display a sign or banner. Receive sponsor announcements on P.A. system and logo on event map identifying your booth locations.

PATRIOT TIER
Receive space for a 10'x20' exhibitor booth in a high traffic location that may be used for lead gathering, couponing, sampling or contest promotions and display a sign or banner. Or, sponsorship credit for certain elements of the event along with P.A. and logo recognition in print.
